About UsAt College Tribune we strive to promote career and educational opportunities directly to African-Americans, Asian Americans, Latinos, Native Americans and members of other traditionally recognized minority groups. We are primarily dedicated to serving the multi-cultural student population, however, we do not limit readership and hope to enrich all students and professionals for the purpose of fostering a better awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion policies and practices. We work to bring students and faculty, as well as corporate professionals, together in the common goal of increasing diversity recruitment and retention, as well as promoting multiculturalism within our communities and workplace. Keeping in line with our mission, we share the latest news, events and research from both corporations and colleges. In doing so we provide an online "hub" for readers to quickly learn about the latest corporate and collegiate news pertaining to diversity efforts, as well as continually updated articles, events and insights from colleges and corporations focusing on diversity and inclusion. College Tribune directs readers to programs and careers that place emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and implement policies that foster a truly inclusive working or learning environment. We encourage organizations to partner with us in order to compliment their current efforts towards diversifying their pool of applicants. By accessing our target audience, the multi-cultural student, your company will connect to young people interested in obtaining their goal of success. Partnering with us can assist in improving employee diversity at entry level positions, which in turn will strengthen and increase the diversity of future top management professionals.
